It is of course annoying if there is a problem, if you have a question about our products, a complaint and/or services, we would like to help you and offer an optimal solution.

Our customer service will review and resolve your complaint so that everyone can be satisfied!

We will answer your complaint within 24 hours of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you.

From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr ). If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
